Round table: Politics meets Hidden Champions

Tool and die making is possibly the most technology-intensive and innovative industry in Germany. In order to sensitize politicians to the importance of the industry, a round table was therefore held in Haigerloch at the toolmaking company Biesinger on July 8. There, the Parliamentary State Secretary and Member of the Bundestag for the Zollernalb-Sigmaringen constituency, Thomas Bareiß, spoke with representatives and members of the VDWF in a two-hour discussion round in his function as the Federal Government's representative for small and medium-sized enterprises.
